What is an electronic health record (EHR)?
An EHR is software in which clinicians record treatment information digitally and share it with colleagues involved in that treatment. Keeping a record is a legal duty; it used to be on paper and is now almost always digital.
Modern EHRs run online in the browser, so you can reach the record on a tablet or phone. Phase2 goes a step further: AI drafts the session note, and the clinician only reviews it.
